In retirement, Trevor Oxborrow continues to provide assistance to community and non-profit organisations, and is a member of the Argyll & Bute Time Bank, so work done by him can be "banked" by the hour, rather than invoiced, as long as the client is also a member of the Time Bank.

Even where work is not invoiced but donated, organisations are still required to account for it as "Notional Income", so the following rates are a guide to that:

• Page creation - £25.
• Web hosting - £25 per year.
• Domain name registration.
• More complex web site creation which includes the facility for on-line content management by the client is valued from £100.
• All other work is valued at £12.50 per half-hour.
• Disbursements are charged at cost. Handling fees are valued at 5% of the payment.

Travel:

• Road travel is charged at 50p per mile ex. Campbeltown, PA28 6NX
• Sea and air travel charged at cost
• Overnight stays - accomodation and subsistence charged at cost

Examples:

• A simple static "brochure" site (see http://campbeltownpractice.org as an example) is valued at £25 for the page creation and £25 for one year's hosting of the web site.
• A change of style to an existing site is typically valued at £50 - £100, depending on complexity. We will estimate for a makeover based on example web sites or an artistic mock-up.
